England win gold at SIAB Cross Country

Our year 10 student Maya Jobbins, finished 7^th in the Intermediate girls at the English Schools Cross Country against the top runners from across every county in England. Claiming a coveted spot in the England team, Maya went on to compete at the SIAB Cross Country event at the Sport Ireland campus in Dublin. Hosted by the Irish Schools Athletics Association, this competition brings together runners from England, Scotland, Wales and all of Ireland. Maya finished 11^th overall and helped the English team win gold in a wonderful display of elite junior athletes.
