Weydon School Ranked No. 1 in the UK for Similar Schools!
We’re thrilled to share that Weydon School has been ranked the top-performing school in the country in the prestigious Sunday Times Parent Power Schools Guide 2020
With 45.1% of students achieving top GCSE grades (A/A/9/8/7)*, Weydon has moved up from 4th place last year to 1st place in the rankings for similar schools.
We are also proud to be ranked #1 in the UK in the Department for Education’s Attainment 8 rankings, which measure student performance across core subjects such as English, Maths, Sciences, History, Geography, Languages, and other key qualifications.

I am incredibly proud to lead such an outstanding school. This top ranking is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our students, staff, and parents. Our students’ achievements open doors to top colleges and universities worldwide, giving them the best opportunities for the future.
But Weydon is about more than just academic success! Our Class of 2019 took part in an incredible range of activities, from high-level sporting competitions to international trips in Ghana, Sri Lanka, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy. They also put on show-stopping performances of Les Miserables, Billy Elliot, and Chicago in our state-of-the-art Medici Theatre.
