Weydon U13 girls football team win the treble

Weydon School U13 girls team became Surrey County champions after a convincing 3-0 win in the County final. The cup completed the treble after previously winning both the District Cup and League. 

 

Lucy Harper, Head of PE at Weydon School said “I could not be prouder of how the girls performed – the win has capped off a brilliant season and we look forward to next year”.

 

The standard of girls football has been really impressive this season and participation continues to rise; more than 100 Weydon girls have played competitively this year.
